In everyone's life, there are many who are a part of our life that touch us in many ways. Not all that we meet are meant to walk with us a lifetime, but some leave an indelible mark within us never to be forgotten. I am no exception.
These pages, would not exist if not for many people who have graced my life. While there are too many to mention them all, there are some in particular who helped me and supported me as I grew.
To God, who when I thought didn't like me very much, taught me how much He does. To my grandmother, Margaret, who taught me "no regrets" and the difference of being lonely and being alone. To my parents, Jim and Vi, who taught me perseverance, devotion and how marriage vows are more than mere words. To my children, Aubrey, Danielle and Donny, who taught me unconditional love and unbridled joy. To Patti, who is an angel on Earth and taught me the true meaning of friendship. To Michael who taught me honor, integrity and forgiveness. To Jordan, who taught me to stretch, made me think and showed me a "home" I never thought possible. To all my dear friends who have been a source of great strength and most often, great laughter.
I am so very honored to have the very best parts of all of you within me always. Every one of you enlightened and inspired me. You are precious gifts and I am eternally grateful. |
